Hello All,
When I'm exporting from Final Cut/imovie to an iPad Pro what format should I export to so that it plays from the cloud?
My goal is when giving a presentation away from home and not connected to internet to be able to play a video that is on my iPad and I assume I have to use the cloud to do that?
Thanks,
Al

Since you are planning to play it when not connected to iCloud, it is probably more important to make the format one that is compatible with the video app you plan to use on the iPad.
I was just going to use whatever comes on the iPad that the iCloud uses. Unless there is an advantage to not doing it that way.
Thanks,
Al
Keep in mind, icloud is not YouTube.
It is not designed or optimized for streaming. With photo sharing, there are hard time limits.
I advise to test to make sure your needs are met.
Yes I understand not to stream from iCloud. I just use it as a way to get things onto the iPad.
Thanks,
Al
What movie file format works for iCloud?
