Logins are disabled for rambler mail! How to fix it?
iPhone 5s, iOS 10.2.1
Enable SSL/TLS in the account's login settings, both for incoming IMAP/POP, and outgoing SMTP. If it still doesn't work, close Mail, wait a bit, then start it back up again.
