Tab on Safari

Hi,

Recently i noticed that when loading a webpage on tab #1 in Safari Browser-

If During the time i wait for the page to load, i move to Tab #2 - than the webpage that i tried to load on Tab #1 is getting loaded on Tab#2 instead.

Does anyone know how to fix this behavior?

Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

Best Regards!

I don't see anything suspicious in the report. Others are having the same problem, so it may be a bug with this version of Safari.

Safari opens page in wrong tab

Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.

You are welcome. Try running this program in your normal account, then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by etresoft, a frequent contributor. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. On the screen with Options, please open Options and check the bottom 2 boxes before running. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy Report” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown.

Ok,

I just had a phone call with apple support.

The message is quite disappointing:

"Engineering is aware of the issue but has no solution or workaround.

If (and only if) this issue will be solved, it will be released as one of the
software updates of Sierra - and even than there won't be any announcement
regarding this issue.".

It seems that from engineering perspective this issue is rare and extremely
uncommon and therefore placed in low priority.

It turns out that a lot of people choose to complaint about issues rather to
report it to apple.

I said that with this kind of attitude I can understand why people chose not to send
their complaints to apple support....

I'm sorry to say that this case was closed as "not resolved" one...

Thanks
