Print driver always shows 93% not 100%

Does anyone know where I can find my printer driver and what's involved in manually editing/changing the print scale size to 100%. Every time I print the driver page says 93% and I have to change it to 100. Most of the time I forget and always have to reprint. Also... I always have to select a printer, as it always defualts to "any printer"... Very annoying!!
