How do I find the Preview App?

Hi. Assuming you're using iOS, you can download Acrobat or GoodReader to manage pdfs. And you can convert any iOS document to pdf using this false printing trick:

To share a document or webpage as PDF, use these steps:

1. Tap the Share icon and select print. This will show the print preview.

2. Pinch open (apart) on the first page of the preview. This will show the preview full screen.

3. Tap the Share icon in that window to select an app to receive the document in PDF format.

Preview is a default app on OS X. Just double-click the PDF and it will open in Preview. You can just drag a PDF to your email to attach it.

On what device exactly?

Have you checked the relevant App Store App?

Preview is a built in MacOS App. It is not available on iOS devices such as iPads if that's what you mean.

What does this have to do with Apple's Remote Desktop software, the forum you posted in?

Apple's Remote Desktop is Software to remote control a Mac computer.

There is NO Preview App in iOS.
