Hi, Which adapter do I use for my iPhone 7 in Chile South America
Chile uses a type "C" plug, so you would use the adapter that matches with the image linked below:

Fortunately, Apple's power adapter for the iPhone will run automatically on 100-240 Volts and 50-60 Hz, so you won't need a voltage converter or transformer at all.....just a compatible wall plug.
