iOS 10.2.1-Bluetooth/Tethering

I use my iPhone to tether my TomTom Go600 so that it can get data for current traffic conditions. Prior to installing iOS10.2.1 it worked fine but since then it has all gone pee tong.

The TomTom continually disconnects and reconnects which is annoying since it is a distraction of seeing the message phone connected/phone disconnected continually.

I have tried resetting the iPhone to no avail along with all the usual resets and again to no avail.

I am convinced that the evidence points to the problem being iOS10.2.1 since I have an old iPhone 5 working on the old iOS and it works find when I put my sim card in that. I have updated the software on my TomTom and still no joy.

I will be sure not to update any new iOS software until I am satisfied that it is not going to cause more problems.

Do anyone also have similar problems and hope that Apple pull their finger out and find a workable solution

Greetings, Andy.
It appears that your iPhone 6 and TomTom Go600 aren't working together as they should. They lose their connection causing a distraction. I'll be happy to help.
Get help with Personal Hotspot in iOS -- Since the TomTom Go600 uses both a Personal Hotspot and Bluetooth connections, use the steps in this article to get them working together again.

Cheers!
