Trading in a device that is not listed

Hi! I am looking to consolidate my devices and would like to trade in my iPad Pro 12.9 128GB LTE/Wifi with Apple Keyboard and iPad Mini 4 for an iPad Pro 9.7 256GB LTE/Wifi with Apple Keyboard. But when I go through Apple's Renew and Recycle page, they do not list the newer iPad devices. Does that mean Apple will not accept a trade in for these devices? Any feedback is appreciated. Thank you.
