Hello Aniskc,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!

From your post, it seems like your device is in Activation Lock which started after you were unable to change the password for your Apple ID. I’m happy to help you get this sorted out.

To begin, I understand that you are not able to reset the password for your Apple ID because the birthday was incorrect. The first thing we’ll need to do is get your Apple ID password reset. The following article discusses how to complete this process via email or answering your security questions, but if you are not able to complete either of those steps you can use the included link to contact Apple Support directly.

If you're still having issues signing in with your Apple ID and password, make sure that you're entering the correct Apple ID. In most cases, your Apple ID is also the primary email address of your Apple ID account. If these steps didn't help you change your password, contact Apple Support.

Once you get your password reset, you should be able to sign in to your device and get past the Activation Lock. For more information on how to turn off Activation Lock, please review the next article.

Once you have reset your Apple ID password and entered your password to access your device, be sure to follow the instructions in the next article to update your date of birth on your account. This will help you avoid password reset issues in the future.
