gallary photos are becoming blurry
my photos in gallery are becoming blurry,small circle in the corner is coming & asking for download..

What do you mean by "Gallery Photos"?
If Photos is showing a circle in the corner of a photo, it usually meand that the original version of the photo is not stored locally on the iPhone and needs downloading from iCloud, if you want t edit it or view it enlarged. Are you using iCloud Photo Library? And perhaps with the option "Optimize Storage" enabled for iCloud Photos Library? Then you need an internet connection to be able to view optimized photos.
