PROBLEM: Lag Time When Doing Anything With Artist on iTunes

So I tried a few tricks to make my iTunes faster and none of them worked to fix my problem which both my laptops are having. The problem did start after I finish doing a "Consolidate Files..." to create a back up. I wanted to take everything to a new laptop I was getting ready to buy. Got the steps from here: Manage and back up your iTunes media library - Apple Support . Restored my iTunes on the new laptop but, both laptop are having the same lag time problem when I click on the Artists Tab or do an Artist Search. Here are the photos to show you my problem. When I do ether I can't click on anything in Tunes for up to a minute. As a DJ this problem is really starting to **** me off. PLEASE HELP ME BEFORE I LOSE MY MIND. Thank~You...
