From my I pad 10.2 I can access my wireless printer, which is a HP ENVY 5540 via blue tooth but unable to control printing options similar to my windows 7 laptop wireless connection to this same printer. Are there apps, drivers or configurations available to control printing options?

Not sure why you reference Bluetooth.
This printer uses Airplay with your iPad. A flavor of wifi.
What control are you lacking? The print driver in IOS is very basic and not full featured at all. Your Windows 7 driver will be different.
Have you tried searching in the App Store for something you can use? A cursory "hp print" search shows up at least 12 different HP developed/HP maintained apps for interacting with HP printers and services.

You could also try and see if HP offers an iOS app for wireless printing. We did that when we got our current Canon printer and it works great.
I Researched hp options for drivers and only available for apple computers, not for any other iOS products. Thanks for your reply
