Lost emails on iPhone and iPad

Hi,

2 days ago I lost all my emails on my iPhone and iPad Pro (sent, received etc). System is checking for mail but replaying: No Mail, and Updated 12/02/2017 or up to date. At the same time on my mbp i see my all emails but sometimes it is erratic. I can send emails from iCloud on my iPhone/iPad and mbp, but i can receive only on my mbp. Last few days I had to enter my iCloud password very often.

With Mail open on my iPhone it is becoming quickly hot (With iPad I don't know).

I tried resetting, disable Mail, restart idevices but it is still the same. I use latest IOS.

I think I tried everything but no luck. I can send emails from all my devices but I can read/see only on my mbp. For a brief moment my emails returned on iPad but only for few seconds. Both iPhone and iPad battery are dying now extremely quickly without my activity.

In my mbp every few minutes my Mail is producing the main screen with a tilde against iCloud (but I can see my emails).

My thinking is: something is wrong with my login to iCloud, and because it affects my both idevices and partially my mbp ,it must be something on Apple side. I tried on my wi-fi and on 2 independent LTE networks.

It is becoming frustrating.
