Why is that I can't tell Siri to call "1234567"? It always tells me she can't do that, she can only call contacts on my iPhone.
And sometimes I gotta try several times because I get this notifications: Call failure. I've coverage and connection, everything ok. Is not always, just sometimes.

I just told Siri on my Apple Watch to call my own phone number and it worked as usual. Make sure to include all numbers such as area code.
For example I said "call (123) 456-7890"

Okay that is interesting.Your Apple Watch uses your iPhone to call so I would assume there is some type of connection issue.
But you say it only happens when using the Apple Watch. And your iPhone is fine.
I would suggest contacting Apple Support as they can try some more troubleshooting steps and help diagnose what may be causing the problem.
