Continuity not working on MacOS

Hello,

Continuity on my MacBook Pro 15" Late2013 with MacOS 10.12.3 is not working.

Continuity works fine between my iOS devices, an iPad Air 2 and an iPhone 5s, both with the latest iOS, 10.2.1.

I already logged out iCloud account from all devices.

It's the same iCloud account.

Reset the PRAM.

Reset the bluetooth. Remove the bluetooth plist from /Library/Preferences.

Reinstall the MacOS from recovery.

I don't know what else to do!

Greetings, Mario.
I see that you're unable to use the Continuity features between your MacBook Pro and your iPad and iPhone. Great job on the troubleshooting you've completed, and I'll be happy to help.
Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points -- Make certain your Wi-Fi network is set up correctly.
Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac -- If your Wi-Fi network is fine, restart your MacBook Pro in safe mode and log into your user account. Once the desktop has populated, restart normally and test the issue.
How to test an issue in another user account on your Mac -- If the issue hasn't resolved, use this article to test another user account. This will demonstrate if the issue is isolated to your account, or if it's system wide.

Thank you for the help and possible solutions.

About the wireless network, is/are the same when was working.

Safe mode didn't help. Reboot in safe mode (Pressing Shift key while (re)booting) and after reboot in normal mode.

Test in safe mode and after in normal mode, same result, don't work.

Another user account. Created a new user, login with new user, signed-in iCloud with same account as iDevices, don't work.

In the logs (Console) appears some messages:

AirPlayXPCHelper: 60-92-17-7d-c5-1f has no service mask

sharingd: Key request..../ Updating key request... / Request failed ... / Failed to retrieve new key from B230EC36-DC0F-45FE-876D-908A3542E12C / Failed to update with raw advertisementData ....

I think this log entries are related with this issue.

It is possible that the issue is related to something wrong with the Keychain?

If so how is fixable without loosing the sensitive data that it contains?

Make sure that you have the, "allow handoff between this Mac and your iCloud devices" is checked in System Preferences > General all the way at the bottom of the pane.

If that is already checked and you are still having problems, make sure the handoff option is checked on your other iCloud devices such as your iPhone. Go to Settings > General > Handoff, then turn on Handoff.

Some handoff features such as universal clipboard require bluetooth to be on so try turning on your bluetooth to see if handoff works.

If these steps fail, try following the advice from this website.
