I did not purchase apple music but i was billed. I am using spotify premium.

I dont know why i was billed Apple Music but i never purchase any..I am using Spotify premium for my music..

If this is an email you've received you are sure that it’s a genuine email from Apple and not a phishing attempt trying to get your account and payment details ?

Genuine iTunes emails : Identifying legitimate emails from the iTunes Store - Apple Support

Viewing an account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support (on an iOS device you can view the last 90 days purchases via http://reportaproblem.apple.com)


If it shows on your account's purchase history (did you, or anybody who has access to that account, ever try Apple Music and not cancel its subscription : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support ?) contact iTunes Support : https://support.apple.com/contact . And change the account's password http://appleid.apple.com - after changing it : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support.
