Refund Subscription
I subscribed to a VPN Hotspot app thinking I could use it to avoid blocked sites at school but it does not work at all and messes up the performance of my phone. How can I get a refund?

Purchases are considered final but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
