Ive been trying for a week to add paypal to my itunes account but every time it says You have successfully created a billing agreement yet nothing happens on iTunes end and they still arent linked. Some say switching browsers works but ive downloaded every browser and it does the same thing. Any help would be appreciated.

Its supported in the US I dont see this ever getting solved not even a senior advisor has any clue. Im not the only one with this problem too its been happening since 2010. Same issue: Why can't i link paypal to my account?

ive already tried was hoping someone outside of apple could have any ideas. Apple is stumped on this they transferred me to an itunes senior advisor with no luck..
I wish there were other ways to add your paypal account the only way is through the iTunes program. The website or your phone only has the options to add credit cards but no paypal. 😟
