downloading itunes onto usb drive

Is it possible to download the newest version of iTunes onto a USB flash drive so that I can download it onto a computer that I have at home that does not have internet service? I have an old iTunes library on the computer and would like to put the songs onto my new iPhone if possible. Thanks!
