I have been to apple store to replace my iphone 7 plus cracked screen. after the replacement, everything looks fine now and i was wonder if the IP67 waterproof will still work on my phone ??
since the phone was unscrewed and opened to replace the screen the glue to prevent water coming into the phone must have been removed.

Yep the water resistance will still work.
It is also good to realize that the phone isn't completely waterproof. Yes is it rated IP67, which means it has been tested to work in 15cm to 1m of water for up to 30 minutes. It is also completely protected from sand and dust. However, I would still be careful around water obviously and sometimes if it is dropped into the toilet or something, the impact can shake up the phone and maybe the waterproofing won't work as well.
If you are very concerned about it being waterproof, I would get a water proof case just to be sure!
I would call the store that did the work and ask them. An Apple repair should return the phone to its proper condition. The repaired phone should have the remainder of the warranty still in place.
The iPhone 7 Plus is not waterproof, just water resistant. It is likely still the same.
