I received an email stating that my iPhone has been disabled. I didn't do anything with any settings. Why did I get this notification?

The find iphone is still enabled under settings -> iCloud. There are no links..see screen shot on contents of email.

Does the email contain a link asking you to "verify" your credentials? Apple ID...etc? If so it is probably a phishing attempt to get your Apple ID and password. Check and see if the phone is still enabled under Settings>>iCloud >>find my Phone.
An email to my yahoo account was delivered yesterday by user "Find My iPhone".
Did you check the exact email address that is associated with that Find My iPhone? As stated earlier, it is probably a phishing attempt.
