What is the warranty for a magic mouse??

What is the warranty for an Apple Magic mouse ,it stopped working ,can it be taken apart to replace the battery??

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Depends:


If its a Magic Mouse 1, then it can be opened and takes 2 regular AA batteries.

If its a Magic Mouse 2, it has a non removable rechargeable battery, which will require recharging eventually.


Recharge the built-in battery in your Apple accessory - Apple Support


Either way, Apple accessories have a limited 1 Year parts and manufacturing warranty.
