icloud email no longer exists

i have a diffrent email for appleid and icloud, i recently reset my phone and i tried to restore it with icloud data but it seems i dont remember the corect password and icloud now is locked, my email aatached to icloud no longer exists because i change isp so when i do forgot my password i cannot access it when apple sends mail there so i can reset it, what can i do

thanks for replying, yes i tried calling from greece, i ll try again considering the time zone this time ;)
