Not being able to login reportaproblem.apple.com. It keeps sending me back to the login page. I am sure that I am entering the correct password. Please see screenshot below

In any event we cannot make a judgement about the validity of your ID. However, if you have the electronic receipt (if the problem is about a purchase) you can get a link from the bottom of the receipt itself.
