Graphic issues after update to 10.12.4 (16E195)

I've updated my MacBook Pro (Retina, 15', Mid 2015) this morning, sometimes when I'm returning to the MacBook after the stand-by mode (my displays are turning off after 15 minutes) was active I've got some weird graphic issues. This problem didn't exist (some hours ago) with the previous versions of macOS Sierra.

Only pressing power button for some seconds (reboot) can help in this situation.

Did already someone expect same issues already? My MBP has 2 graphic chips (Intel Iris for low usage and a AMD Radeon R9 M370X for high usage), I think the Iris chip was working at this time.

Hi Alexander,

I understand that when you wake your MacBook Pro from sleep, the external displays that you have hooked up show a distorted image. I'm happy to provide some help for this issue.

While this article isn't necessarily for your issue, some of the steps are still helpful for your problem:

These additional steps may help identify or resolve the issue:

Reset the SMC.

Reset NVRAM.

Disconnect external devices other than your Apple keyboard, mouse, and display. If that resolves the issue, gradually reconnect your devices, testing each time, until you find the device that is interfering with sleep. Then check the documentation that came with the device, or contact the device manufacturer.

Start up in Safe Mode to see if the issue is related to non-Apple startup items, login items, or kernel extensions.

Try to isolate the issue by using another user account.
