I updated to 10.12.4 and immediately noticed that sound (input/output) via USB started stuttering. I tried resetting PRAM and that did not help. So I tried resetting SMC and that caused even more problems.
Anyone else having issues with this update?
Same exact issue with same exact headset. Tried absolutely everything and the problem persisted.
I wound up restoring back to 10.12.3 while we wait for a response from Apple.

People have posted when they connected to an unpowered USB hub, the problem went away.
Yes i confirm. I connect my Sound Blaster Play! with a unpowered usb hub (LaCie) and now it's working fine.
