Any AT&T iPhone users have a carrier update?
Last night after downloading and installing the IOS 10.3 update, I got a white square popup on my iPhone 6s that is only a few weeks old telling me I had a carrier settings update. I could either "not now" or "allow". This popup prevented my iPhone from allowing me to do anything. I could not place a call. I could not play a game. I could not check my emails. I could not send a text message. I immediately called my carrier (AT&A) to verify they were the reason that popup was on my iPhone 6s. AT&T had 3 different CS agents all deny they were the cause of the popup. They said they had not released any updates since December 2016. I checked Google to see if there was anything on the web about an AT&T carrier update, and the only info Google has was about a hack to AT&T. Finally this AM after speaking to Apple Care last night, a senior advisor called me today to get to the bottom of this. He got someone from AT&T in America who did finally confirm that they had released an update to their carrier settings.
