MacOS 10.12.4 Graphic Glitches

Hey Guys,

I'm having an random Graphical Glitches on my Macbook early 2015 13" connected to my Dell external display.

I was able to recreate this issue on this app. But it is happening on all applications from time to time (mostly after fast graphic changes).

I run the Mac Diagnostic and it turned out I have no issues with my mac. I tried the Dell screen with other computers and there is no issue.

I also saw this issue on the following video of someone esle: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UA1lvm7I_EQ

One or 2 times my full screen was full of colors mixed, after reconnecting the hdmi cable it was fixed again.

If anyone has also experience with this issue or an fix or any idea how to test more.

Please let me know.

Fresh install of macOS Sierra and upgrade to 10.12.4 fixed graphics issues.

Not for me it didn't. Not even sort of. I would advise others to wait before going through such a drastic measure.

i noticed the problem first under Ableton Live, so it is not about chromium based apps...

Following systems:

Macbook Pro 2015 (tearing, beachballing, freezes, etc.)

Macbook 2015 (Same as above)

MacMini 2011 (overheating, tearing, beachballing)

I've had this issue since the first release of macOS Sierra, mainly on adobe suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), but it also happens on some macos apps, like safari, numbers and a few others.

Same issue on both my personal and work Macs, MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015). This started after 10.12.4 update.

Same issue with the same model Mac as you. It's not just you. Seems to be a problem I guess between the handover when you close the lid on your Mac and the external display.
