MacOS 10.12.4 Graphic Glitches

Hey Guys,

I'm having an random Graphical Glitches on my Macbook early 2015 13" connected to my Dell external display.

I was able to recreate this issue on this app. But it is happening on all applications from time to time (mostly after fast graphic changes).

I run the Mac Diagnostic and it turned out I have no issues with my mac. I tried the Dell screen with other computers and there is no issue.

I also saw this issue on the following video of someone esle: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UA1lvm7I_EQ

One or 2 times my full screen was full of colors mixed, after reconnecting the hdmi cable it was fixed again.

If anyone has also experience with this issue or an fix or any idea how to test more.

Please let me know.

I just wanted to add, that I booted into Windows 10 on my Early 2015 Macbook Pro 13, and I do not get the weird glitches described here by other users. It has to be just macOS 10.12.4. I also reported the issue to Apple.

I do not know why

I noticed that the graphics problem seemed to disappear after performing the following steps

1. Enable the guest user account

2. Disable the guest account's hierarchical protection control

3. Enable the hierarchical protection control for the guest account

4. Disable the guest account

5. Create a new general user account and delete it

6. Reboot the machine

Ok, so I had a chance to update and I just did. Guess what? No glitches. Yet.

However, resetting NVRAM also gives me similar results but the glitches return after a couple days.

So, I'd like to wait and watch for a couple days before confirming that this update fixes it.

I updated about an hour ago and so far this update seems to have fixed the issue. Running Spotify for more than 30 seconds used to trigger the issue 100% of the time for me and it's been running for about 15 minutes now with zero problems. Also am noticing the "Gmail status bar" glitching in Chrome appears to be gone now as well. Looks like they may have squashed this...

this issue has returned for me. I am now using a late 2015 13 inch MacBook Pro for the record. I am now having the issue no matter if I dock or undock my machine from an external monitor, it seems to start happening after the machine has been on for 24 or more hours. This includes time sleeping. once I reboot the machine it seems to work fine no matter if it is docked or not.

+1 I get the same problem after 10.12.4 update. Very very constant glitches, looks like an old TV back in the day.

Hey,

Same problem here, mbp 13" early 2015, on internal display.

However, it happens only on loading progress bars so far (games, gmail, etc...).

NVRAM reset not working form me. I try downgrade to Sierra 10.12.3 But this is big problem without time machine backup.

Hello, unfortunately I'm not able to do downgrade to 10.12.3. Internet recovery it always installs 10.12.4 even if it was bought by macbook with 10.12.3. :(
