iPhone keyboard not working when paired to Bluetooth earphones.

This may be weird but my iPhone keyboard does not appear when I have my Bluetooth earphones connected. I can be in any app, it doesn't matter. The keyboard won't appear. I disconnect the earphones and then the keyboard works properly fine again.

I used to have the same problem as you, and I tried to do a lot of recommendations but anything worked it.

The thing that you have to do, is reboot your network settings, and it will work properly fine again.

I hope it solve your problem too.

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. From your post, I understand that your iPhone keyboard does not work while you have your Bluetooth headphones connected. I'd be happy to help!

First, make sure your iOS software is up to date on the iPhone. You can get instructions on updating here: Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you're still having trouble after updating, unpair your headphones, then pair them again, using this article: Set up and use third-party Bluetooth accessories

After you unpair and repair the Bluetooth headphones, test to see if they keyboard works. Should you still not be able to use the keyboard with the headphones connected, try pairing a different Bluetooth device and check to see if it continues.

I am facing the same problem. I have done all possible corrections, and all the things you guys have mentioned above, and yet the bluetooth earphones are connected as hardware keyboard.

Is there any way that i can disable the hardware keyboard connection on my iPhone?
