iOS 10.3 broke "Setting time zone" in location services

After updating to iOS 10.3.2 the bug is still there on all my devices

Does this mean that Apple effectively have access to people's location even when they have not allowed it? If so that is rather concerning.

Ok, great, so the location is being used without consent. Then, what other things are also being used without consent? Microphone and camera?

issue still present in latest ios update 10.3.3 on iphone and ipad.

I also have the same problem. No updates to it? I was at the Genius Bar and they suggest to RESTORE the phone. Anyone has tried?

I think this has been fixed in iOS11. I have had no instances of Location Services being active for Setting Time Zone since updating my iOS. Yay!

It looks like the problem is solved in iOS 11. But many small bugs are received in addition. 😐 As always.

Whats even more bullish\t about this is it does the exact same thing on my laptop and its annoying as F$!@

Fixed in iOS 11? No thanks I'll make do with the bug.
