Beats X won't turn on after charge

I've tri multiple methods to restore my earphone but they all failed however I've found a solution !!!!!!!!! Plug your beats x into a power source and hold power and centre button for 15 se and unplug your beats when lights turn off. They should start flashing red and white the turn of automaticly the turn on your self and should have fixed your problem hope this helps

Same problem here after 4 months. Really liked them but this is unacceptable. There's also no software update available. Will need to send them back.

my beatsx had the same problem, after trying everything they said i just held the power button down for a while and they worked.

I just got off the phone with support. Have to send mine in for the same issue. I have had them for a few months with no issue.

I wonder if they pushed an update that bricked them...hmm...

Same problem, after one month. Why dont have the Beats Updater give some useful error messages?

After booking a service I came to the store with my beatsX plus original packaging and got an exchange free of charge. Even got to pick a new colour.

Unfortunately, this happened to me yesterday and of course it happened while I'm deployed. Is it a coincidence that everyone's having this problem around the same time? Hmmm......

Well if they don't there will be words. When you pay so much money for a pair of headphones, you expect them to work for more than 3 months.

They will exchange them, for sure, it just takes some time. They replaced mine with what seem to be a new pair.

Well 75 minute phone call and I would not stand down. And finally they have accepted that I can have a refund. Now lets just see if that happens.

Unfortunately that's what I was afraid of - hopefully they'll work it out for you. Either way, none of us should be dealing with these issues.

Has anyone tried this? Mine are off for replacement, waiting for the new X's.

I went to the store I purchased mine at and they printed the receipt for me. Hope that helps.
