Hi Zack if you have older iOS version then there is a new iOS 10.3.1 upgrade is available it includes some bug fixes so you can upgrade your iPhone to the latest version .
Go to the top setting where you name and Apple ID are. Tap there.
How about ios 10.3.3? Icloud drive can not open :(

Reset the iPhone then you will get the iCloud drive in settings.

Who ever thought hiding the icloud drive icon was a good idea?

Go to Settings/Your Name/iCloud and enable it.
So.. did you check that? No. If you did that, you would know that that doesn't help. You can not enable it from there.
Yes, I did check it and I just checked again. If you go to the iCloud tab and scroll down about ½ the page, it is there if you are using IOS 10.

I called Apple. The icon iCloud Drive is now inside a new icon called Files.
