Hi there, after update to latest mac OS Sierra 10.12.4 I do not see "nightshift tab". I am on mac pro late 2013 plus 40" 4K monitor from Pillips model BDM4065UC/00 connected via mini DP to DP on monitor. But the worst part is my color response on my monitor has been adjusted and looks like is on nightshift mode by default! My moinitor has been detected as a 60 hz NTSC which is not. How to switch it off having no nightshift tab?

There is no tab in System Preferences/Displays? If the above doesn't work, try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. If Back-to-My Mac is selected in System Preferences, the Guest account will not work. The intent is to see if it is specific to one account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.

It appears you may have a failing hard drive.
Most posters recommend not using cleaning programs. They can destroy normal computer operations.
Check for associated parts and pieces using these programs.

Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.
Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.
Hi there I have checked it today, followed all suggestions, for now one thing is for sure - in "Safe Mode" problem do not exist, reported to apple. Unfortunately swithing to guest account makes no changes. Thanks for your help.
Try running this program in your normal account, then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by etresoft, a frequent contributor. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. On the screen with Options, please open Options and check the bottom 2 boxes before running. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy Report” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown.
I think you missed something here, I know that, but why system changed color response of my screen being incompatible with apple recomendation. I have checked this problem is very common now, and seems like I am not the only one! Another Apple software bug. Hope they will fix it with 10.12.5 update.
Have you checked in System Preferences> Display> Colour to see what profile it is using.
You could also try to recalibrate, hold down the option/alt key while clicking on Calibrate to enter a more thorough
calibration process, ensure expert mode is checked, click continue and read all the texts.
Thanks for all tips, focus please! My SSD has nothing to do with my monitor's color response. Also Clean my mac is not that bad, I have minimized program influence on my system. Most of the time is I am using to remove unwanted app. The fact is latest update do not correctly detect system during instalation, and that is problem. Best.
Hi there, this is for Apple, small tip, sometimes during scrolling mail content via Mail App monitor starts flickering, and then all of the sudden monitor is off. System is still running but monitor is off. I have tried delete profile etc, make some changes via calibration, but unfortunately I can see that yellow-ish warm collor tone. Best
