no nightshift tab

Hi there, after update to latest mac OS Sierra 10.12.4 I do not see "nightshift tab". I am on mac pro late 2013 plus 40" 4K monitor from Pillips model BDM4065UC/00 connected via mini DP to DP on monitor. But the worst part is my color response on my monitor has been adjusted and looks like is on nightshift mode by default! My moinitor has been detected as a 60 hz NTSC which is not. How to switch it off having no nightshift tab?
