Note that, for iTunes to be able to connect with a device running iOS 10 or newer (including updating it), your computer must be running iTunes version 12.5.1 or newer:

My iPad says safari update is unava

This answer doesn't make sense because when I go to General -> Software Update -> it does not bring me to Usage Settings. Rather, the only thing you see when you go to General -> Software Update is the option to "learn more" or "install now."

I have tried with 2 iPhones and an iPad to update to 10.3.1. I have tried to download through the device and have also connected to the most resent version of iTunes. Each time, I get an error message. Apple needs to resolve this issue.

I have found a solution to the problem. Backup all your stuff with iTunes(I would suggest encrypting it), restore the iPhone, then in the setup process select to restore from iTunes backup. That's it!

When installing my update I get this err message: Unable to Install 10.3.2.

Please advise...

Follow the same instructions in my first reply.

Delete the update In the storage folder and then go back to software update and try again

When I try to install the iOS 10.3.2 it keeps saying there is an error.

Well, if nothing works go to an Apple Store and see what they tell you.
