Always allow Deny Allow

This keeps on popping up when I am in my Outlook folder or some times in other areas. I always press Deny.

How do I get rid of this and what is it?? I have a Mac with the latest operating

iMac, iOS 10.3.1

I have same prob. very annoying. has anyone found a solution for this annoying popup "com.apple.webkit.plugin.64..." ?

I KNOW I can't figure it out. I've deleted them, disabled them... NOTHING is working... why is there no solution for this?
