Updated to current version today and suddenly most of my apps don't work. They will start to load, hang forever, then crash. Over and over. Nothing finishes and opens. This is a nightmare. I have important things I need to do. Email. Safari. Games that need attention or I'll get everything stolen.
Have tried hard restarting phone several times.

worked! like a charm. decided to start over, no longer restoring from backup.

Settings keep crashing
Wifi connection has become highly unstable. I keep losing it and it takes minutes and toggling wifi on-off to get it back.
Can't Apple Inc do better than this????
I have exactly the same issue with an iPad mini retina, was working just fine and now on 10.3.1 is totally hobbled. Crashes when doing just about anything, including trying to back up. Thanks apple!
Hello, would anyone have a sense as to whether Apple has seized itself of these bugs? Is Apple listening?
Pages is the only app crashing on my iPad Air. I currently have 49 Ghz storage remaining. I restored it 2 weeks ago to resolve this problem.
This only started happening after the iOS 10.3 update.
This answer is total rubbish, it's not addressing the problem at all.
