I am not able to sync My iPhone to iTunes and i found in a search TunesCare. Do you know is it safe to download?
I typed "could not be synced because the sync session failed to start" into the google search bar and found several helpful articles , including this one:

What problem do have when you try to sync? What version of iOS do you have on your phone and what version of iTunes do you have?

Perhaps you should first consider fixing the issue you are having...

I bought an iPhone4 to use just for my music.

i am not clear on this one: configured iTunes to Run as Administrator
how do i do that?
this did not work,,,,,,,,,i guess i wasted my money on the phone..... super sad 😟

i update itunes 12.5 version and itunes error. tunescare fix my itunes.
TunesCare safe?
