Boot into the Recovery volume (boot with the Command + R keys held down) and reinstall the system from there using your old Apple ID as Eric suggested:
NOTE 1: there's no need to erase your hard drive if you just want to change your Apple ID.
NOTE 2: If you change your Apple ID you won't be able to upgrade any applications purchased under your old ID from the App Store. You will need to continue to use your old ID for all upgrades and updates, including system updates.
Why do you want to change your Apple ID?

I have never heard of "no bag entry", are you quite sure it says that?
And it is a very bad idea to post your phone number in a public place, I will ask the hosts to remove it for your protection.

Try reinstalling using your old Apple ID. Since you haven't downloaded it using your new Apple ID, it isn't in your App Store Purchases for the new ID.

No.
Thanks John, I've managed to resolve the issue with "no bag entry" switching to another WiFi network.
