on reinstalling mac os sierra my macbook says no bag entry

I purchased recently my macbook 12 inch it was workin well but suddenly i thought of changing my apple id so i erased my drive and selected to reinstall mac os sierra but its saying no bag entry please help me what to do to fix this problem iam from india

You will encounter the "no bag entry" message if the Mac is unable to connect to Apple's servers. There are a number of possible reasons for that.


Even though the title refers to different messages, please review the following to isolate the cause:


OS X: "Cannot connect" or "Cannot connect to the App Store. An internet connection is required" - Apple Support

Boot into the Recovery volume (boot with the Command + R keys held down) and reinstall the system from there using your old Apple ID as Eric suggested:

NOTE 1: there's no need to erase your hard drive if you just want to change your Apple ID.


NOTE 2: If you change your Apple ID you won't be able to upgrade any applications purchased under your old ID from the App Store. You will need to continue to use your old ID for all upgrades and updates, including system updates.
