Same problems, also since updating to 10.3.1 many apps not working properly, or having to try several times to do things within the apps to get them to work; 2 different apps not recognizing my passwords and giving me error msgs. Never had these problems before the update, these started immediately after updating.

I have the same problem and don't know what to do!
updated to iOS 10.3.1 on an iPhone 6 and it's stuck on the iTunes symbol and when I try to restore it on iTunes it comes up with errors every time. The phone is unusable. Any suggestions.
Me too. I now need to press the Home button more than once for anything.
Same issue. IPhone completely freezes while searching for wifi network. Sometimes connects after 3-5 minutes. Have you found a solution for this ? Or does Apple have an answer for this ?
I am having the same problem. My other devices connect just fine but my iPhone 6s will not! Driving me crazy!

To hard reboot an iPhone 7, it's different than the previous models. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Volume Down buttons together to force reboot the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

Updating to 10.3.2 beta 3 seems to solve the issue.
Wifi is stable and working correctly for me.

Since I updated my 5s to 10.3.1 I experienced something strange .my phone just went off and refused to go on or charge for a considerable number of hours .to be precise May 3 to 4 hours
Reset network setting in general fixed my problem
