Same problems, also since updating to 10.3.1 many apps not working properly, or having to try several times to do things within the apps to get them to work; 2 different apps not recognizing my passwords and giving me error msgs. Never had these problems before the update, these started immediately after updating.

I first tried to update through my iphone 6 and got a msg that said unable to update at the moment (should've took that as a hint) then connected it to my comp with updated itunes and it put it in recovery mode (bricked) with an error 56 and this phone is just over 2yrs old. so angry right now. heard a lot about this error code

Every since the update, sometimes my phone will not receive or send out iMessages, Snapchats, etc. I have the iPhone 7 and cannot hold both buttons to reset. However, when I turn my phone off and then back on I receive a ton of messages and other things as well but, all of my setting get reset every time. It does not matter if I'm on wifi or not!! This is so frustrating!!

I'm having the same problem. Since the update, I can't load anything. My Wifi won't work so I have to turn it off to do anything. My battery doesn't stay charged for a full day either. Apple has virtually destroyed my phone. And, now I can't go back. This is awful!!! Did they not test it first?? The problems were almost immediate. I tried to turn off the two-step authentication for Apple to see if that was it, but so far nothing has worked.

(iPhone 6, unlocked, currently on Sprint)

I have experienced some of the same issues reported such as iMessages not syncing. I upgraded from 10.2.x on April 15 and encountered the following issues that most impact me:

1. My calls list is very erratic, frequently failing to show calls at all. For example, last week I received a call which left a voicemail but I did not know it (until I called them this week) because there was nothing in my call list, Other calls are listed though I haven't seen any pattern. The second example was a spam call I hung up on. Again, nothing in the calls list so I could not block the number.

2. My mobile hot spot is very erratic, frequently locking up although the phone still shows a connection. On clients where I can check (Linux), it will show no carrier. I usually reboot the iPhone and it works again for anywhere from a few minutes to an hour or so. (This is important to me because this is my primary internet both at home and work.)

3. Battery life is highly variable. I expect this when using the mobile hot spot but shouldn't the charger more than keep up with the battery drain. Sometimes I'll reboot the phone to clear out any apps running in the background but results are highly variable. One example: After a reboot, the battery was at 74% but an hour later it was down to 20%.

Ironically, I held off doing the 10.3 upgrade because of the file system change (which I have seen no issue with). Now I wish I was on 10.2.x again!

If anyone has any workarounds or fixes for these issues, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you.

I Have same problems here. Crappy wifi, my iPad and phone battery is drained faster. Did all the reboot stuff. I have an I phone 5s and have been avoiding getting the ( new and always improved) phones. Apple will probably have a fix for this I hope soon. There's a beta out. Reports that it fixes the problem. Competition is driving apple and other companies to push new operating systems updates before they are ready so it seems. I wish I hadn't made the update but Apple annoys you with pop ups to make you want to do the update. Looks like we're are all on the beta bandwagon. Too bad. Used to be a great company.
