Cursor Changes To A Cross

I updated Sierra to 10.12.4. Ever since my cursor keeps annoyingly flipping fro the normal arrow to the cross hairs. How can I fix this?

MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2015), macOS Sierra (10.12.4)

I did reboot, and I have no Adobe plugins
