Latest iOS update 10.3.1 email not working

I updated my iPhone 5s with the latest system iOS 10.3.1 and the mail program is not working in that it is impossible to send emails. The send button is not highlighted and does not work. After writing an email the cancel button gives two options delete draft or cancel.

Subscribers should be warned against installing this update and Apple should be notified of the problems.

If you have not already, it's always a good idea to restart your phone as described in the article below:

It would be best if a Comunity Expert answered your question but if your problem happened to me I would delete the email account in the mail application that was giving the problem and then reinstall the email account. I am no expert so I don't know if this will work.

You might try starting a new thread if non of the Comunity Experts answer your question. They did solve my problem so they may not be looking at this thread anymore.

I'm now updated to 10.3.2 and still having email issues. It has deleted my email accounts and will not allow me to add them back. I get the emails(on my computer) that my email account used to sign in on my iPhone but when I go to my mail app my email account still isn't showing up. Once I put in my password for the email it takes me back to the screen to select my email provider.
