AirDrop not working in My iPhone 7+

As stated, nothing changed or responded when I turn on Bluetooth

If you are unable to activate AirDrop, check whether Restrictions are enabled:


  • Go to: Settings > General > Restrictions - turn off the restriction for AirDrop.
  • You will need your Restrictions passcode.


It may not be possible to change your Restrictions settings if they are enforced via a configuration profile, mobile device management or Exchange policy. If your iPhone is managed in this way, contact your device administrator for further information and help.
