I have a Mac Book Pro 13", Late 2016 with Touch Bar and BootCamped with Windows 10... everything works with the exception of the Touch Bar, it isn't even showing anything at all.
Can you check C:\Windows\INF\setupapi.dev.log for any DFR/SOC/Touch Bar entries?

Can you run a SMC/NVRAM reset and check? Also, under View Menu, enable Show Hidden Devices in Device Manager.
The Apple Mobile Device can also be due to iTunes installation. If you have issues with it, avoid iTunes as well.
Did you have a pending Sierra software update? There are some EFI Updates also involved.
Hi, in my case, i juste reinstall Sierra. I preserved my bootcamp partition and no need to reinstall Windows 10.
For 2 weeks, i don't install Sierra updates by security and everything is OK.
