I had bought iphone 7 part number LL/A but now I can't switch to LTE in LTE place
Who can tell me whats the problem ?

Well that would certainly explain why you have no LTE (4G). See the compatibility list below.
I would guess that is what you have to do, so long as the model number is for your regional area.
In Iran we have 3 operators: MTN , MCI , Rightell
Just not suportin MCI operator LTE
I had the same problem,
Go to (Settings) (Cellular Data Options) and choose (LTE Enable) for either Data, Phone, or Both
Iphone 7 LTE problem , can't switch to LTE mode in LTE mode just showing 3G
