Elgato Eye tv (UK DTT) related - cant get itv epg program guide..

hi, have 2.1.2 eye tv software and when i do a full dvb update it updates all programs except the channels on itv3 mux (ch4, film4+1 etc)

is there a way to get it to find progs on this mux? is / has anyone else had this problem?
