Reset iCloud email password when Apple ID email address is different.

My iCloud email and Apple ID are different email addresses and I need to reset the icloud email password only. Any ideas on how to do that?

Good afternoon Azwar76,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

If I understand your question, you need to change the password to your iCloud email account which ends in @icloud.com.
You state that your iCloud email address and your Apple ID are different email addresses. However, they would be sharing the same password.* Here is how you can confirm this:
  1. Go to www.icloud.com from your computer.
  2. Type your Apple ID email address and password.
  3. You should see your account.
  4. Sign out of your account.
  5. Now type in your address ending in @icloud.com
  6. Use the same password that you just entered for your Apple ID.
  7. If the same account opens then that confirms the two email addresses are tied to each other.
So, changing the password for one will also change the password for the other.
* The exception to this would be if you are using two different Apple ID accounts, one for iTunes and one for iCloud.
